لكن المطر ما رحمه .. صارت بركة ارتفاعها طابوقة ونص ..
الله اساعده .. من ناحية المصاريف ..

قلوس واجد يستهلك .. لانه تقريبا بصب صبية ارتفاعها طابوقة الى طابوقتين تقريبا او أكثر بعد وعلى مساحة البيت كامل اضافة للحديد
ومواد البناء غالية هالايام

If he has the money .. y not ... even for a small villa it is not recommende to have huge foundations .. i.e. this might be a waste of money if its for a small villa .. However, the answer is within the foundation design ... because basically it depends on the type of soil there and its bearing capacity and nature .. if it is a loose sand .. this raft foundation is really great solution to prevent lateral settlement especially on rainy days such as the ones past the last 3 months ... BUT .. if the soil is ROCKY .. such as in 3ali and refa3 .. this will be a huge huge waste ... in the End ... you did a great job to investigate those things .. Hope you be a succesful Engineer ..

By the way ... This is a small Raft ... Which I saw in the Pictures .. Try to go for new investments .. and see how large is the raft or (MAT) foundations ... They might be 1 to 1.5 metre depth ..
